My guest Jon Tuttle has been bullish on this asset class for years and spreading the good word about these investments. Jonathan has an extensive real estate background, knowledge, and experience that started very early growing up and learning from a real estate family where his father was a general contractor for over 80 custom homes including being selected as a preferred home builder by Inland Real Estate. In addition learning and working with his Dad who had over 30 house flips, owning multi-family apartment buildings, parcels of land, and 3 manufactured housing communities for the past 15 years.
Jonathan previously was Vice President at Miller Chicago Real Estate, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm in Chicago. Before that, Jonathan served as the President of the Midwest for Yale Realty and Capital Advisors. Yale is the preeminent mobile home park brokerage firm in the United States where the team of 5, had completed two Billion in mobile home park real estate closed brokerage transactions and park evaluations in this sector.
Recently, he was selected by Forbes magazine to be a contributor to the Forbes real estate council. Jonathan has been featured on over 35 national real estate investing podcasts. Understanding the value of first impressions, Jonathan was selected by the prestigious Crain's Chicago Business as one of the best dressed Chicagoans. Additionally, Jonathan was selected to speak on the main stage at the 2020 Manufactured Housing Institute National Congress & Expo, the industry’s largest national event in Las Vegas. Jonathan attended the program on negotiation for senior executives at Harvard Law School.
